My Last Car

During June of 2000 I went from a 1993 blue 4 door manual Nissan Sentra which was really racking up maintenance costs to :

• 2000 Honda Accord
  • EX-V6
  • All leather
  • Sunroof
  • Alloy rims

I thought that I'd probably start a family or something close to it while owning this car, so I wanted something nice that would last. After 6 months of test driving & driving the dealer insane I was able to pick the car up for WAY below MSRP (something like $3,000 under).

On April 22nd, 2005 I sold it to a friend. I haven't owned a car since, I haven't looked back nor have I wanted a car.

How I Get Around

I'm lucky enough to have an employer who pays for my MBTA montly pass, though without them I'd wind up buying my own anyway. Other than that I ride my Raleigh Hybrid around town, or just walk. Considering the plethora of public transportation options available to me by the MBTA I rarely have trouble getting where I want to be.

For everything else, there's Zipcar.
